Welcome, I’m Janet Liberato

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside individuals facing a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties, and I’ve seen how powerful the right support at the right time can be.

My work with organisations such as Barnardo’s, Women’s Aid, ARC and Time to Talk, has given me a deep understanding of the lasting impact that limited access to psychological support can have. This impact reaches beyond the individual, shaping families and future generations. These experiences have strengthened my belief in counselling as a space for healing, empowerment, and lasting change.

In addition to my counselling work, I am a qualified Clinical Supervisor, supporting counsellors in their professional and ethical provision of therapy within a safe and reflective environment.

Whether you are experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, the impact of abusive relationships, feeling stuck or overwhelmed, I am here to offer a safe and supportive space where you can begin to move towards greater clarity, resilience, and wellbeing.
