Simply having a dedicated space to express your feelings and explore what’s brought you to this point can bring tremendous relief from emotional distress. Many clients find that just being heard and understood provides an immediate sense of comfort.

I believe that every person is different, so I use a flexible, integrative approach that draws from a wide range of therapeutic methods to create a treatment plan that’s uniquely suited to you. While my core work is built around Person-Centred therapy (focusing on your own insights and growth), Psychodynamic therapy (exploring deeper patterns and relationships), and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (practical strategies for managing thoughts and behaviors), I have training in many other approaches that I can incorporate as needed.

This means I can adapt our sessions to what works best for you, whether that involves exploring past experiences, working with present challenges, or developing practical coping strategies. The goal is always to find the right combination of methods that helps you move forward in your healing journey
