Taking the first step towards counselling takes courage. It’s completely natural to feel uncertain or overwhelmed when considering the right support for you.

As an experienced and dedicated counsellor working with individuals aged 18 and over, I understand how important this decision can be.

Alongside my therapeutic practice, I am a qualified Clinical Supervisor, supporting other counsellors in their work.

Registered Accredited Member National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society.
