I cannot begin to express how beneficial my therapy sessions were, I was helped in more ways than I could have hoped for and taught me so many valuable coping techniques. I felt so comfortable talking to my counsellor right from my first session, she has an ability to put you at ease and her approach is conversational, so you don't feel like you are ever being put on the spot. My sessions enabled me to come to terms with a lot of past trauma, to learn so much about myself as a person and have helped me with my daily mental health in more ways than I can express. I am so incredibly grateful.
