I cannot begin to express how beneficial my therapy sessions were, I was helped in more ways than I could have hoped for and taught me so many valuable coping techniques. I felt so comfortable talking to my counsellor right from my first session, she has an ability to put you at ease and her approach is conversational, so you don't feel like you are ever being put on the spot. My sessions enabled me to come to terms with a lot of past trauma, to learn so much about myself as a person and have helped me with my daily mental health in more ways than I can express. I am so incredibly grateful.

I had tried counselling previously but with little or no affect. However, I now realise that finding the right counsellor makes all the difference. I am trying slowly and surely to get to know myself and my needs, this is all with the help and guidance of my counsellor who with great patience, gentleness and humour, guides you through the whole process. I am so glad I got in contact and would highly recommend.
Working through some major life-changing experiences, which had really begun to affect my everyday life, has been truly enlightening. She is intelligent, supportive, and incredibly insightful, helping me to move forward with a greater understanding of how emotions do not always follow logic! With my new inner confidence and positivity, I feel able to accept whatever life throws at me and take it, not as a failure but just because ’that’s life’.
My health anxiety had taken over and I needed help. Thankfully I was able to learn to manage my anxieties and to learn about the thoughts and fears behind them.
